Nike and Jordan Brand are going hard with the “Wheat” colorways this fall, bringing the Timberland inspired tan nubuck look back in full force. Along with the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 6, one of the other main events of the new Wheat offerings is the Air More Uptempo. Nike’s most-retroed hoops shoe of the year gets the familiar “Wheat” color treatment, featuring a Flax nubuck upper and gum sole with a white midsole in between. Worth noting, previous early images of the shoe have shown the shoe with a matching tan midsole, which appears to have either been totally scrapped or will only be featured on the Grade School sizing.
