Refund policy

City Kicks – Exchange Policy

You may exchange an item within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided all the conditions below are met:

  1. Item must be unworn

  2. Item must be undamaged

  3. Item must be unwashed

  4. Original tags must be attached

  5. Item must have been purchased from City Kicks (online or in-store)

  6. No exchanges on socks or accessories

  7. Sale or promotional items may be exchanged within 14 days, but are not eligible for refunds

  8. No returns or exchanges on Black Friday items purchased on Black Friday

Please note: Courier fees for exchanges will be charged to the customer.

City Kicks – Refund Policy

You may return an item for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and meets the requirements below:

  1. Unworn

  2. Undamaged

  3. Unwashed

  4. Original tags attached

  5. Purchased from City Kicks

  6. No refunds on socks, accessories, or sale/promotional items

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
Customers must present the same bank card used for the purchase (matching the last 4 digits).
Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method.

Courier fees for refunds will be charged to the customer.

Defective or Faulty Items

At City Kicks, we take pride in the quality of our products. A defect refers strictly to a manufacturing fault.

The following will not be considered defects:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or incorrect use

All returned items will be inspected.
If the item is confirmed to be defective:

  • A replacement will be issued where stock is available

  • If unavailable, an alternative of equal value or a City Kicks gift voucher will be offered

Warranty & Exclusions

City Kicks offers a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Accidental damage or misuse

  2. Abuse or neglect

  3. Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  4. Normal wear and tear

  5. Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents)

  6. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
